“Initially, we paid for the sound baths through our employee experience budget. However, in 2025 we found out our insurance provider offers reimbursements for wellness events.”
Their insurance provider recognized sound baths as an approved wellness activity because participants will experience healing, relieve feelings of stress, and reduce pain levels.
“Now that we know our wellness events are reimbursed by our insurance provider, we’ve been able to host a wider variety of events and it all came about because of Cary and Shanti Sound.”
