We’re combining AVEDA’s all natural aromatherapy Seven Chakra Body Mists, Wellness Tea and a sound bath to bring some balance, peace and intention into your day before the holiday season officially begins.
The seven Chakras are energy centers, or nerve plexuses, that run along the spine, from the Root to the Crown. Each center governs specific physical organs, emotional states, and spiritual lessons. They are known from ancient Ayurvedic medicine to be critical components of the body’s health, and are also a fundamental part of Sound Healing. Sound healing attunes these centers to their neutral state, so they resonate at their native frequency.
Lynn Jeffries, Team Leader at the AVEDA Kierland Commons store, will begin by hosting a special Intentional Chakra Ceremony, and each guest will have an opportunity to apply a Seven Chakra Body Mist of their choice.
We’ll then settle into a 45-minute sound bath to meditate, rebalance all of the chakras, and restore harmony throughout the mind and body.
After your sound bath, please stay a while to mingle and enjoy sampling various face and body elixirs on display, learn about holiday gifting ideas, and receive a gift bag full of AVEDA products to take home!
We’ll also be serving AVEDA’s special herbal Wellness Tea: a soothing, certified organic, caffeine-free herbal infusion with licorice root and peppermint that calms your senses and promotes a sense of well-being.
