Sarah Spearin is a Certified Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Practitioner dedicated to helping clients release stress and create lasting transformation.
She completed her Yoga Nidra certification through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2022 and became certified in sound healing through the Sound Healing Academy in 2024 for both individual and group sessions.
With over 13 years of experience as a licensed occupational therapist, Sarah uniquely blends clinical knowledge with holistic healing practices. She is the owner of Syncing Into Bliss, LLC, offering private sessions, group classes, corporate wellness experiences, and space clearing services.
