Full Moon Fitness and Frequencies: Yogalates & Sound Bath

Saturday, May 30th at 11am, join Courtney Allen and Cary Ballou for Full Moon Fitness and Frequencies: A Yogalates and Sound Bath special event at Shanti Sound!

It’s also the weekend of the second full moon of the month, so join us to sculpt and strengthen, and then drop into meditation while being immersed in powerful healing frequencies.

Courtney will start with Yogalates: a fitness method that combines elements of Yoga and Pilates into one workout. It blends Yoga’s flexibility, breathing, and mindfulness with Pilates’ focus on core strength, posture, and controlled movement. Sound Healing is an ancient form of medicine that works to restore resonance to the mind and body and release energetic blockages.

After moving your body and releasing the kinetic energy, you’ll relax into the healing vibrations of a sound bath with Cary to integrate your experience and meditate on your Full Moon intentions.

ABOUT CARY:

Cary Ballou grew up in Virginia and moved to Arizona in 1999. As she made her way through decades of corporate work, she often felt depressed, depleted, and unfulfilled.
People would ask: What is your passion? What would you do, if you could do anything you wanted? And a specific question in her mind kept asking… What am I here to do in this lifetime… How can I be of service?

In 2017, Cary attended her first Sound Healing session. After that one life-changing experience, the answer eventually appeared.

Cary started Shanti Sound to assist in bringing the ancient power of Sound Healing to the public. Her mission is to serve the collective with her passion for helping others and to increase awareness about this form of Quantum Healing.

Cary received her Level 1 and 2 Sound Healing practitioner certifications from Sound Healing Academy Intern
