This event, more of a rite of passage, highlights the importance of recognizing the sacredness and wisdom held within our wombs. Our connection to our wombs is vital, as they are the gateways to life, creation, sensuality, emotions and sexuality. Through generations of societal conditioning and trauma women are often taught from an early age to even suppress the sensations and emotions that come with menstruation, but historically this was a time for retreat and honoring the womb’s renewal process. By holding space for deeper wisdom and healing, we can reconnect with the power and beauty of our sacred wombs.
This journey is crafted for the woman who has felt a disconnection from the sacred temple of her body and womb; it’s an invitation to honor the pains of physical loss or trauma that you or the women before you may have suffered. Through this experience, you will release these burdens and rediscover your true essence. Should you be seeking to call forth life into your womb, this journey will guide you in creating the harmony and energy required to support the fruition of new beginnings.
When we, as women, are intimately connected to our bodies and wombs, we unlock an abundance of ecstatic energy that flows through our very beings. Our creativity guides us, our wisdom protects us, and our sensuality and sexuality infuse our experiences with magic and wonder. Embrace this journey, and allow yourself to rediscover the enchantment that flows within you.
Our path will start with gently awakening the body with some movement; then we’ll embark upon a somatic breathwork journey, releasing the burdensome weight of historically held fear and trauma, and invite new vitality to flow into our wombs and entire beings. Afterward, you’ll be led into a guided meditation, ending in an immersive sound bath to heal and harmonize our wombs and bodies, leaving us transformed and renewed.
