Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been excess chronic stress, physical injury or unprocessed emotional pain. Over time, these energetic blocks can lead to physical illness. During this event, Cary, Kathryn and Numina use these two meditative techniques to tap into, activate and recalibrate your energetic field.
Reiki, like Sound Healing, is a biofield intervention. It addresses the subtle energy of the human body and includes healing touch. Biofield therapies have been found to be a successful treatment for a variety of issues.
Kathryn Cornelius and Numina Gunn are both seasoned Reiki practitioners with decades of combined experience. Relax and receive the combination of Reiki and Sound Healing; two ancient forms of energy medicine.

ABOUT KATHRYN:
Reiki found Kathryn in 2011 after years of chronic pain from a running injury. A profound healing experience sparked a decade-long journey into holistic healing and spiritual study. She was attuned to Medical Reiki in 2012 and completed her Reiki Master training in the Usui lineage at the Open Center in 2015. Reiki now complements her work in Akashic Records, yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, and consulting. Kathryn sees Reiki as a practice of deep witnessing, self-tending, and nourishment. An art of learning to give and receive in right alignment.
ABOUT NUMINA:
Numina Gunn began her Reiki training in early 2012 after naturally tapping into the energetic and spiritual realms. She became certified as a Reiki Master in 2013. Numina believes that the practice of Reiki has massive importance in giving clients a gentle nurturing touch reminiscent of a baby being held and nurtured by its mother. She understands the importance of this energy exchange and how little it is experienced once clients leave the phase of childhood and adolescence into adulthood.
