Press the reset button at the end of your week with a calming sound healing session at 10 a.m. We’ll guide you through a meditation and sound healing experience featuring crystal bowls and a gong to create vibrations that will relax body and mind. This indoor experience is available every Sunday from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Originally built below Camelback Mountain in 1959, Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale reemerged as an icon of luxury and design after it was completely rebuilt in 2017. Located near Scottsdale in serene Paradise Valley, the resort features striking architecture and stunning desert surroundings that create an energy of renewal that draws you into this unique destination.
Cary has participated in various sound healing events at Mountain Shadows and is excited to return for this summer event.
Cary Ballou grew up in Virginia and moved to Arizona in 1999. As she made her way through decades of corporate work, she often felt depressed, depleted, and unfulfilled.
People would ask: What is your passion? What would you do, if you could do anything you wanted? And a specific question in her mind kept asking… What am I here to do in this lifetime… How can I be of service?
In 2017, Cary attended her first Sound Healing session. After that one life-changing experience, the answer eventually appeared.
Cary started Shanti Sound to assist in bringing the ancient power of Sound Healing to the public. Her mission is to serve the collective with her passion for helping others and to increase awareness about this form of Quantum Healing.
Cary received her Level 1 and 2 Sound Healing practitioner certifications from Sound Healing Academy International, and is a Level 3 certified Reiki practitioner in the Usui lineage.
